Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery

All orders are charged a flat delivery rate of $15 AUD within Australia.

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Orders are process during business days only.

We are not able to ship to PO boxes as we require a signature as proof of delivery or an authority to leave card.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and despatched.

Once your order has been dispatched it will be delivered within 2-3 business days for all Australian Capital Cities. Please allow 3-6 business days for rural areas.

Shipping times are a guideline, and subject to change based on order volume, promotional periods, wild weather, or other delivery issues unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Yakedy Yak’s reasonable control.

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with its own delivery address.

Market Pick-up

Place your order in online and we’ll have it available at the South Melbourne Market for you to pick –up within 7 days.

For orders being picked up from the South Melbourne Market please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive in store. You will be notified by phone and/or email once your order has arrived.

All of our products are carefully inspected and then packaged to prevent breakage during transit. If your order is lost, arrives but is damaged or is faulty, please keep all contents and packaging and contact us at within 3 days for further instructions.


You will be informed if an item is backordered at the time you add it to your shopping basket. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will be notified via email of any changes to the item status.
