Terracotta Round Casserole Dish


Round casserole dish with lid.

Renowned for its heat retaining properties and even temperature distribution your dish can be placed in the microwave, in an electric or gas oven, over a gas flame, and with a heat mat, onto an electric stove top.

Each piece is moulded by hand, stacked together and then baked above ground to create the glossy black exterior using a technique perfected across generations.

Before the first use it is recommended that the dish be ¾ filled with water, placed uncovered in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C to seal.
